Your schedule is probably where you will spend most of your time when you use CCEF3. This feature rich section of the application truly is the heart of CCEF3. It empowers teachers by freeing them from the daily tasks of lesson planning and classroom management.
The schedule is designed primarily to allow you keep track of your teaching commitments. It has a simple yet powerful drag and drop interface that will allow you to quickly plan out your lessons for week, month or year.
Once lessons have been added to your schedule the magic begins. By assigning themes to each lesson, CCEF3 will automatically scan the database for you and suggest lesson plans for you on a weekly basis. These plans will match the content that you are planning to teach.
You can also invite colleagues to help you plan for a given lesson via a social planning interface that allows them to comment on your lesson. They can also suggest materials, activities and lesson plans for you at any point in the discussion.
Once your lesson has passed, you can add comments and specify additional materials or activities you used so that CCEF3 can help you understand what tools are the most effective and what is is helping you meet your teaching goals
